Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить варенье из тыквы и брусники. Корицу и гвоздику можно не добавлять, если не любите. Для аромата также можно добавить в варенье лимонную или апельсиновую цедру. Варенье получается средней густоты, очень сладким и ароматным. Оно отлично подойдет для блинчиков или оладушек.
Переложите ягоды в кастрюлю с толстым дном. Добавьте сахар. Перемешайте, доведите до кипения и варите на небольшом огне 20 минут. Периодически помешивайте.
Тыкву очистите от кожуры и семечек. Нарежьте на небольшие кубики.
Добавьте тыкву, корицу и гвоздику в кастрюлю и варите, пока тыква не станет мягкой. На это уйдёт примерно 20-30 минут. Затем удалите палочку корицы и гвоздику.
Горячее варенье переложите в чистую стерилизованную баночку и герметично закатайте.
