На каждый килограмм вишен берется 400 гр сахара. В бутыль насыпать вишни. Помять толкушкой или руками до выделения сока. Засыпать сахаром.
Бутыль не набивать вишней до горлышка, нужно оставить место для брожения.

Поставить бутыль на солнце, завязав горлышко марлей. Выстаивать 6 недель до тех пор, пока вишни не перебродят.
Затем содержимое бутыли слить, дать отстояться несколько дней (образуется осадок). Слить с осадка, процедить через марлю. Разлить вишняк по бутылкам и закупорить.

Хозяйке на заметку

Вишню лучше не мыть, так как после мытья теряется микрофлора способствующая брожению. Косточки из ягод можно убрать, но это не является обязательным.
