Приготовить заготовку "Для Оливье" на зиму достаточно просто. Огурцы маринуются вместе со свежим зелёным горошком. Зимой такую баночку можно использовать для приготовления "Оливье" или другого салата.
Описание приготовления:
Зимой такая баночка выручит не только для приготовления любимого салата, но и для многих других блюд, а можно подать огурцы с горошком и в качестве самостоятельной закуски. Количество ингредиентов указано из расчёта на одну литровую баночку. Вкус у заготовки получается приятный, слегка сладковатый, остроты нет, но по желанию можете добавить острый перчик.

Огурцы — 400-500 Грамм (сколько войдёт в литровую банку)
Горошек свежий — 100 Грамм (очищенный)
Соль — 1 Ст. ложка
Сахар — 2 Ст. ложки
Гвоздика — 1-2 Штук
Перец горошком — 3-5 Штук
Листья вишни — 2-3 Штук
Листья смородины — 2-3 Штук
Чеснок — 3 Зубчика
Зонтики укропа — 1 Штука
Лист хрена — 1/2 Штуки (небольшой)
Кипяток — 700 Миллилитров
Уксусная эссенция — 1 Чайная ложка (на 1 литровую банку)
Количество порций: 4-8
Как приготовить «Заготовка "Для Оливье" на зиму»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Горошек очистите от стручков.
Отварите в течение 3-5 минут, затем горячую воду слейте и залейте сразу ледяной, чтобы остановить процесс варки. После чего откиньте на сито.
Если огурчики не прямо с грядки, то залейте их холодной водой и дайте постоять пару часов.
Затем огурцы промойте и отрежьте кончики.
В чистую стерилизованную банку выложите на дно: листья смородины, вишни и хрена, гвоздику, перец горошком, зонтик укропа и очищенные зубчики чеснока.
Затем выложите в банку поплотнее огурцы.
Сверху высыпьте весь горошек.
Залейте банку кипятком, прикройте стерильной крышкой и дайте постоять 15-20 минут.
Затем воду слейте и приготовьте из неё маринад. Необходимое количество воды можно просто добавить из чайника. Добавьте соль и сахар. Доведите до кипения.
Залейте кипящим маринадом огурцы с горошком, добавьте 1 ч.л. уксусной эссенции и закрутите крышкой. Слегка потрясите, переверните и укутайте до остывания.
