В глубокой миске с помощью венчика слегка взбить яйца с сахаром и солью

Влить ряженку и всыпать соду. Небольшими порциями начинаем просеивать муку, после каждой порции тщательно перемешиваем венчиком, чтобы не образовалось комочков. Тесто должно быть похоже на густую сметану. Включаем чайник.
Начинаем аккуратно порциями вливать горячую воду, одновременно тщательно перемешивая. Добавьте в тесто масло, перемешайте и оставьте немного постоять (10–15 минут).

Выпекайте блины на сухой сковородке любимого размера.

Шаг 4

Едим, кому с чем нравится. Этот вариант я приготовила для себя. Супругу нравится больше сметана к блинам.
