Аппетитные бутерброды с беконом идеально подойдут для посиделок в кругу друзей под рюмочку беленькой, для подачи на праздничный стол и просто как самостоятельная закуска. Обязательно попробуйте!

Описание приготовления:

Красочные бутерброды понравятся мужчинам, они обожают сочетание сочного бекона с горчицей. Сорт хлеба можно выбирать по своему вкусу: белый, ржаной или бородинский. Бекон по желанию можно поджарить.

Мясо / Субпродукты / Бекон / Горчица / Батон

Бутерброды / Закуски

Ингредиенты:

Бекон соленый — 4 Штуки
Хлеб черный или ржаной — 2 Ломтика
Горчица зерновая — 2 Чайных ложки
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Сметана — 2 Ст. ложки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки

Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты.

Разрежьте ломтики черного хлеба пополам и обмажьте их сметаной любой жирности или майонезом.

Промойте помидоры в воде, вырежьте зеленые сердцевинки и нарежьте их кружочками. Выложите на бутерброды.

Нарежьте бекон ломтиками и выложите на слой помидоров.

Выложите на каждый ломтик бекона по половине чайной ложки зерновой горчицы. Ее можно заменить обычной магазинной горчицей.

Украсьте свежей зеленью и подайте к столу сразу же после приготовления.
