Чипсы из брокколи

Чипсы из брокколи — мое недавнее открытие. Для тех, кто любит овощные снэки, рекомендую обязательно попробовать. Сушеные соцветия брокколи становятся воздушными и слегка хрустящими.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить чипсы брокколи. Специи вы можете выбрать на свой вкус. Я добавляла пищевые дрожжи для легкого сырно-орехового вкуса, но это опционально. Получается простая, вкусная и полезная закуска!

Овощи / Брокколи

Постные блюда / Вегетарианское питание

Ингредиенты:

Брокколи — 500 Грамм
Масло оливковое — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Пищевые дрожжи — 1 Ст. ложка
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый пере — По вкусу
Чеснок сушеный — 1/2 Чайных ложки

Количество порций: 4

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Брокколи помойте и обсушите. Разделите на соцветия. Крупные соцветия разрежьте пополам.

Переложите брокколи в глубокую миску. Сбрызнете оливковым маслом, добавьте специи и соль. Перемешайте.

Разложите брокколи в один слой на решетку от сушилки для овощей. Сушите при температуре 50-60 градусов 8-9 часов.

Чипсы из брокколи готовы, приятного аппетита!
