Как приготовить «Цыганский постный борщ»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Очистите картофель от кожуры. Крупный картофель можно разрезать пополам, маленький оставьте целым. Доведите воду до кипения и выложите туда картофель. Варите 10 минут.
Пока варится картофель, приготовьте овощную зажарку. Разогрейте в сковороде растительное масло. Добавьте нарезанный полукольцами репчатый лук и обжарьте его до мягкости.
