Так как бекон достаточно соленый сам по себе, то пюре я не солила, вы же ориентируйтесь по своему вкусу и продукту, который будете использовать. Густоту пюре также можно регулировать по своему желанию водой, в которой горох варился.

Горох колотый — 1 Стакан
Бекон подкопченный — 200 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Перец черный молотый — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 1 Ст. ложка
Укроп — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Гороховое пюре с обжаренным копчёным беконом»
Подготовьте необходимые ингредиенты. Лук и морковь почистите, помойте и обсушите.
Тщательно промойте горох несколько раз, залейте его водой в пропорции 1:2, поставьте на тихий огонь, всыпьте щепотку соды. Варите горох до полной готовности, вода должна практически полностью выкипеть. В зависимости от сорта гороха, на его приготовление может уйти до часа.
А пока разогрейте в сковороде немного растительного масла, выложите в него нарезанный лук, жарьте на умеренном огне до мягкости.
Копченый бекон нарежьте небольшим кубиком, переложите в сковороду.
Выложите в сковороду измельченную морковь и жарьте на умеренном огне около 5 минут.
Готовый горох пробейте погружным блендером до состояния пюре.
Половину жареного бекона с овощами переложите в пюре и перемешайте.
Разложите готовое гороховое пюре по тарелкам, выложите сверху оставшийся бекон с овощами, посыпьте укропом и сразу же подавайте к столу. Приятного аппетита! Источник
