Хачапури без глютена

Хачапури можно приготовить без добавления пшеничной муки, вместо нее лучше использовать рисовую. Так выпечка получится без глютена. Обязательно попробуйте сделать хачапури по этому рецепту!

Описание приготовления:

В качестве начинки кроме творога можно еще добавить твердый сыр или сулугуни. Подавать хачапури можно с любыми горячими напитками или стаканом кефира.

Ингредиенты:

Яйцо — 1 Штука
Соль — 1 Щепотка
Разрыхлитель — 0,5 Чайных ложки
Мука рисовая — 4-6 Ст. ложек
Творог — 250 Грамм (50 грамм в начинку)

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Выложите творог (50 грамм оставьте для начинки) в миску, добавьте яичный белок.

Затем добавьте соль и разрыхлитель.

Добавьте рисовую муку.

Замесите тесто.

Сформируйте из него лодочку и выложите ее на противень.

Внутрь лодочки выложите творог и желток. Отправьте хачапури в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 15-20 минут.

Подавайте хачапури к столу сразу же.
