Закуска вкусна в холодном и в теплом виде. При желании в сырную массу можно добавить немного мелко резаного чеснока, а укроп заменить на петрушку или кинзу.

Ингредиенты:
Кабачок — 300 Грамм
Сыр Фета — 125 Грамм
Сметана — 2 Ст. ложки (25% жирности)
Укроп — 10 Грамм
Масло растительное — 1 Чайная ложка
Базилик — По вкусу (сухой)
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Количество порций: 3
Как приготовить «Кабачки с сыром фета в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления кабачков с сыром Фета в духовке. Кабачок и укроп вымойте и обсушите.
Противень застелите пергаментом, смажьте его растительным маслом. У кабачка отрежьте кончики и порежьте его кольцами толщиной один сантиметр. Разложите кружочки на противень и запекайте в горячей духовке при температуре 250 градусов в течение 5 минут.
Достаньте кабачки из духовки, переверните, посыпьте сухим базиликом и при желании немного посолите.
В миске разомните Фету и добавьте мелко резаный укроп.
Добавьте в сыр с укропом сметану и перемешайте.
Разложите сырную массу на кабачки и поставьте противень обратно в духовку и готовьте еще 5-7 минут при температуре 250 градусов. Достаньте кабачки с сыром Фета, дайте остыть, украсьте базиликом и подавайте к столу.
