Описание приготовления:
Кабачки можно нарезать кружочками, а можно палочками и также запанировать их и запечь. Панировка из овсяных хлопьев сразу после запекания получается немного жестковатой, но если дать кабачкам несколько минут постоять после приготовления, то в итоге получается очень вкусное и полезное блюдо.

Кабачок — 1 Штука
Сметана — 4 Ст. ложки
Соевый соус — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Овсяные хлопья — 100 Грамм
Приправа овощная — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Кабачки в духовке в овсяных хлопьях»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Кабачок помойте и обсушите бумажными полотенцами.
В небольшую мисочку выложите густую сметану, добавьте соевый соус, измельченный чеснок, приправу, соль и перец по вкусу. Тщательно все смешайте вилкой.
Кабачок нарежьте кружочками толщиной 0,5 см, обмакните каждый ломтик в сметанном соусе.
Запанируйте кабачки в овсяных хлопьях мелкого помола.
Выложите запанированные ломтики кабачка на противень выстеленный пергаментом. Отправьте в предварительно разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 25-30 минут в режиме верхнего и нижнего нагрева.
Спустя время подавайте готовые кабачки к столу с любимым соусом или как гарнир к мясу. Источник
