Готовим кускус с цветной капустой. Рецепт простой в приготовлении, но очень вкусный! Кускус идеально подходит для быстрых блюд, когда не хочется долго возиться на кухне.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить кускус с цветной капустой. Вместо петрушки можно использовать кинзу, если любите. Кускус используйте мелкого помола, который быстро готовится. Цветная капуста получается сочной и ароматной. Идеально дополняет это сочетание сметанный соус.

Смешайте оливковое масло с сушеными итальянскими травами, солью, перцем и гранулированным чесноком.
Цветную капусту отварите целиком в горячей воде 2-3 минуты. Затем сразу же окуните в холодную.
Нарежьте цветную капусту ломтиками примерно 1 см. толщиной. Смажьте их маслом с травами и запекайте в духовке примерно 20-25 минут при температуре 200 градусов.
Кускус залейте горячей водой, накройте миску и оставьте на 5 минут.
Сметану или майонез смешайте с измельченной петрушкой и зубчиком чеснока. Добавьте немного лимонного сока, сушеных итальянских трав, соль и черный молотый перец по вкусу.
Выложите на тарелку запеченную цветную капусту и кускус. Сверху полейте сметанным соусом. Украсьте зеленью и каперсами. Приятного аппетита! Источник
