Маковый рулет из лаваша, пошаговый рецепт с фото

ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

лаваша 1 шт.
творожный сыр (или мягкий творог) 250 г
сахар 2 ст.л.
мак 30 г
яйцо 2 шт.

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Вскипятить воду и залить мак, дать настояться. Включить духовку на 200•С

Шаг 2

Творог или творожный сыр смешать с сахаром, добавить одно яйцо и один белок, а желток оставить для смазывания. Хорошо перемешать. С мака слить воду и добавить его в творожную смесь. Перемешать.
