Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить овощную лазанью из кабачков и баклажанов. По желанию в томатный соус можно добавить свежий, крупно порубленный зеленый базилик. Листы лазаньи выбирайте такие, которые не требуется предварительно отваривать.

Ингредиенты:
Кабачок — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
Баклажан — 1 Штука (среднего размера)
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Томаты нарезанные в собственном соку — 450 Грамм
Масло оливковое — 15 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Итальянские травы сушеные — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Моцарелла — 100 Грамм
Листы для лазаньи — 6 Штук

Как приготовить «Овощная лазанья из кабачков и баклажанов»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Нарежьте репчатый лук, кабачок и баклажан на мелкие кубики. Чеснок пропустите через пресс.
Разогрейте сковороду с растительным маслом на среднем огне. Обжарьте в начале чеснок и репчатый лук до прозрачности. Затем добавьте баклажан и жарьте его несколько минут до мягкости. Следом добавьте кабачок, тушите до испарения лишней жидкости. Приправьте солью и черным молотым перцем по вкусу.
Влейте в кастрюлю с толстым дном томаты в собственном соку. Добавьте оливковое масло, соль, итальянские травы и молотый перец. Доведите до кипения и на средне-низком огне тушите 15-20 минут до загустения.
Разогрейте духовку до 180 градусов. Дно формы слегка смажьте растительным маслом и выложите немного томатного соуса.
Сверху выложите листы лазаньи.
Затем овощную начинку.
Сверху выложите нарезанную на тонкие ломтики моцареллу. Чередуйте слои, пока не закончатся ингредиенты.
Верхний слой должен быть из томатного соуса. Посыпьте его тертым сыром. Накройте форму фольгой и выпекайте 30 минут. Затем уберите фольгу и запекайте еще 10-15 минут.
