Делюсь рецептом рагу из кимчи. Получается пикантное, согревающее блюдо в стиле корейской кухни. Оно особенно хорошо подойдет для холодного времени года. Готовится рагу просто и достаточно быстро.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить рагу из кимчи. Бульон можно использовать овощной или грибной. По желанию в рагу можно добавить шампиньоны или тофу.

Ингредиенты:
Кимчи — 150 Грамм
Морковь — 1 Штука (небольшого размера)
Картофель — 3-4 Штук (небольшого размера)
Чеснок — 1 Зубчик
Пекинская капуста — 200-300 Грамм
Сахар — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Рисовый уксус — 1 Чайная ложка
Бульон овощной — 400-500 Миллилитров (или грибной)
Картофель помойте, очистите и нарежьте кубиками среднего размера. Пекинскую капусту тонко нашинкуйте. Морковь очистите, нарежьте тонкими дольками.
В кастрюле с толстым дном разогрейте растительное масло. Обжарьте морковь 2-3 минуты до золотистого цвета.
Добавьте кимчи и сахар. Обжаривайте еще 2-3 минуты.
Влейте бульон, рисовый уксус и картофель. Посолите по вкусу. Накройте крышкой кастрюлю, тушите около 15 минут на небольшом огне, пока картофель не станет мягким.
Добавьте пекинскую капусту. Снова накройте крышкой и тушите еще 3-5 минут до мягкости капусты.
