Сочный салат из свеклы можно заготовить и на зиму, добавив чеснок. По желанию можно добавить немного различных приправ, пряностей. Обязательно вливайте уксус, он играет роль консерванта.
Описание приготовления:
Расчет ингредиентов указан на емкость 500 мл. Салат можно подать к столу сразу же после вскрытия банки, можно добавить его при приготовлении борщей, вторых блюд и т.д. Если свекла не сочная, то добавляйте при варке немного сахарного песка.
Очистите свеклу от кожуры и промойте в воде. Натрите свеклу на терке с крупными ячейками или на терке для моркови по-корейски. Выложите в казан или ковш.
Очистите чесночные зубчики и промойте в воде. Пропустите через пресс в емкость со свекольной нарезкой.
Всыпьте соль, приправу, молотый черный перец.
Влейте растительное масло без аромата и уксус. Перемешайте и поместите емкость на плиту.
Потушите все 10-15 минут, чтобы все ароматы и вкусы перемешались. Ошпарьте банку и крышку кипятком.
Выложите горячий салат в банку до верха и сразу же закатайте крышкой по резьбе или с помощью закаточного ключа.
Остудите при комнатной температуре и переместите в кладовую до зимы. Источник
