Описание приготовления:
Свеклу в такой салат можно добавлять и сырую, получается тоже очень вкусно. А еще успех салата с картошкой фри зависит от вкуса соуса. Добивайтесь вашего любимого вкуса и сочетания, пробуйте и удивляйте своих близких яркими вкусами!

Салаты
Очищенный картофель натрите на терке для корейской моркови. Промойте холодной водой и обсушите на полотенце. Обжарьте во фритюре до золотистого цвета и выложите на бумажные салфетки для удаления излишков масла.
Капусту тонко нашинкуйте, посолите и слегка помните. Выложите на большое блюдо сектором, оставляя место в центре.
Свеклу натрите на корейской терке. Перец, огурец и буженину нашинкуйте соломкой вручную. Выложите ингредиенты на блюдо секторами по кругу. Картошку фри выложите двумя секторами.
В майонез выдавите чеснок, слегка посолите и поперчите, добавьте соевый соус и мелко шинкованный зеленый лук. Хорошо перемешайте.
Салат сразу же подавайте к столу. Удобно раскладывать такой салат по тарелкам с помощью щипцов.
