Попробуйте соленые томаты фаршированные начинкой из зелени и чеснока. Они получаются пикантными, немного остренькими и невероятно вкусными! Отличная закуска для повседневного ужина!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить соленые фаршированные помидоры. Из зелени можно еще взять кинзу, если любите. Помидоры выбирайте спелые, но плотные и твердые. Солить помидоры предпочтительнее в стеклянной или эмалированной посуде. Готовятся помидоры всего несколько дней, а сам процесс очень простой.

Ингредиенты:

Помидоры — 1 Килограмм
Укроп — 1/2 Пучка
Петрушка — 1/2 Пучка
Масло растительное — 50 Грамм
Чеснок — 30-40 Грамм
Соль — 40 Грамм

Количество порций: 5-6

Помидоры помойте, обсушите. Удалите плодоножки, сделайте на каждом надрез крест-накрест, но не до конца.

Переложите помидоры в форму с высокими бортиками. Обильно посыпьте солью внутри и оставьте на 20-30 минут.

Для начинки мелко порубите зелень, измельчите чеснок и добавьте растительное масло. Перемешайте.

Разложите начинку по помидорам.

Накройте помидоры пленкой, оставьте на 4 часа при комнатной температуре. Затем уберите в холодильник на 3-4 дня.

Соленые фаршированные помидоры готовы, приятного вам аппетита!
