Свеклу для чипсов берите среднего или мелкого размера, она менее волокнистая и более сладкая. Если хотите, чтобы чипсы были менее калорийными, тогда исключите масло, они все равно будут вкусными.

Свекла — 500 Грамм
Масло оливковое — 2 Ст. ложки
Соль морская — 1 Чайная ложка
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Орегано — 1 Чайная ложка
Количество порций: 3-4
Как приготовить «Чипсы из свеклы в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Чеснок и свеклу почистите, помойте и обсушите.
Нарежьте свеклу тонкими круглыми слайсами. Если есть специальная терка, то сделать это будет просто и быстро, хотя и обычным ножом с длинным острым лезвием это тоже достаточно легко.
Переложите свеклу в глубокую удобную миску, влейте оливковое масло, всыпьте морскую соль среднего помола.
Тщательно перемешайте, чтобы все ломтики свеклы были слегка смазаны маслом.
Выстелите противень пергаментом, выложите на него ломтики свеклы, отправьте в предварительно разогретую до 140 градусов духовку на 30 минут в режиме конвекции. Дверцу духовки оставьте приоткрытой, можно вставить в нее деревянную лопатку, чтобы влага быстрее испарялась.
Спустя время извлеките противень из духовки, посыпьте ломти свеклы сушеным орегано и тонко нарезанным чесноком. Верните свеклу обратно в духовку еще на 30-40 минут.
Готовые чипсы остудите и снимите с противня на тарелку.
