Шведский салат с сельдью

Сегодня у нас один из самых популярных салатов в Швеции — с сельдью и свеклой. Закуска сытная и очень вкусная. А также альтернатива нашему любимому салату "Сельдь под шубой". Подойдет и на праздник.

Описание приготовления:

Готовится шведский салат с сельдью просто и быстро, если заранее отварить картофель и свеклу. Салат можно не солить, при желании добавьте немного черного молотого перца. Сметану берите любой жирности. Все ингредиенты салата хорошо сочетаются и дополняют друг друга.

Ингредиенты:

Филе соленой сельди — 300 Грамм
Свекла — 1 Штука (средняя)
Картофель — 2 Штуки
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Огурец свежий — 1 Штука
Укроп — 10 Грамм
Сметана — 60 Грамм
Мёд — 1 Чайная ложка
Лимонный сок — По вкусу

Количество порций: 3-4

Запеканка из цветной капусты и семги

Репчатый лук и огурец мелко нарежьте. Выложите в салатник.

Картофель сварите в кожуре, охладите, очистите и нарежьте мелкими кубиками.

Филе сельди нарежьте кубиками. Добавьте в салат.

Свеклу сварите, охладите, очистите и нарежьте кубиками. Укроп мелко нарежьте.

Приготовьте заправку для салата. В миску выложите сметану, добавьте жидкий мёд и лимонный сок по вкусу. Перемешайте эти ингредиенты до однородной консистенции.

Заправьте салат и перемешайте.

Шведский салат с сельдью готов. Подавайте на закуску.
