Делюсь оригинальным рецептом засолки огурцов. Они получаются пикантными, ароматными и невероятно вкусными! Засаливаются с репчатым луком, семенами кориандра и горчицы.
Описание приготовления:
Подробнее, как приготовить соленые огурцы, я расскажу ниже. Количество ингредиентов рассчитано на 2 баночки по 250 мл. Дополнительно из специй можно добавить 1/4 чайной ложки семян сельдерея. Белый винный уксус можно заменить на яблочный или рисовый. Такая закуска подойдет к любому гарниру и разнообразит ваше привычное меню. Берите на заметку!

Ингредиенты:
Огурцы — 450 Грамм
Лук белый репчатый — 1 Штука
Вода — 500 Миллилитров (для маринада)
Соль — 2-2,5 Чайных ложки (1 ч.л. — для замачивания, 1-1,5 ч.л. — для маринада)
Огурцы нарежьте кружочками толщиной в полсантиметра.
Лук нарежьте полукольцами.
Соедините огурцы и лук, подсолите и замочите в холодной воде на 1 час.
Слейте воду, разложите огурцы с луком в чистые стерилизованные банки.
Для маринада растворите в воде сахар и соль, добавьте все специи, доведите до кипения. В конце влейте белый винный уксус.
Залейте горячим маринадом огурцы, закрутите крышки и переверните баночки вверх дном. Укутывать в полотенце их не нужно. Оставьте так до полного остывания.
