Чтобы не тратить много времени и посуды, предлагаю приготовить мясное блюдо и гарнир на одном противне. Мясо получается нежным с вкусными овощами. Берите рецепт на вооружение!
Описание приготовления:
Свинину для отбивных выбирайте не жилистую, подойдет любая часть. Овощи которые пойдут в качестве гарнира можно взять абсолютно любые. При желании добавьте в соевый соус тертый чеснок, тогда они получатся более пикантные.

Свинина — 300 Грамм
Грудинка — 100 Грамм (варено-копченая)
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 2 Штуки
Майонез — 80-100 Грамм
Сыр твердый — 100 Грамм
Специи — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Картофель — 5-7 Штук (мелкий)
Кабачок — 1 Штука (небольшой)
Помидор — 3-4 Штук
Соус соевый — 50 Миллилитров

Как приготовить «Свинина под теплой "шапочкой" запеченная с овощами»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Мясо и овощи вымойте и обсушите.
Молодую картошку тщательно вымойте мягкой щеткой и отварите в соленой воде почти до готовности, слейте воду.
Свинину разрежьте на порционные куски, отбейте, посолите и поперчите. Противень застелите фольгой и выложите отбитые куски свинины.
Репчатый лук мелко порежьте, у перца удалите плодоножку и семена, мелко порежьте, бекон порежьте на кусочки. Выложите овощи и бекон в сковороду.
Обжаривайте все на среднем огне, перемешивая, в течение 5-7 минут.
Разложите овощи с беконом поверх мяса.
Овощи и мясо смажьте майонезом.
Сыр натрите на средней терке и посыпьте поверх свинины.
Кабачки порежьте кольцами или дольками, репчатый лук почистите и разрежьте вдоль на куски. Выложите все овощи в миску, полейте растительным маслом и перемешайте.
Разложите овощи на противне вместе с мясом, смажьте их растительным маслом.
Поставьте противень с мясом и овощами в горячую духовку и готовьте в течение 45-55 минут, при температуре 180 градусов, до готовности. Достаньте противень, разложите по тарелкам и подавайте к столу.
