  • мед 2 ст.л.
  • соль 0.5 ч.л.

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Лосось по-императорски, пошаговый рецепт с фото

Очистить перец чили от семян, мелко нарезать и смешать с соевым соусом, медом, соусом чили, цедрой и соком лимона.

Лосось по-императорски, пошаговый рецепт с фото

Обсушить филе лосося с помощью бумажных полотенец и сделать несколько глубоких надрезов на коже. Фольгу положить на лист для запекания. Положить первый кусок филе на фольгу. Нарезать лимон и апельсин дольками, выложить их на филе и немного полить маринадом.
