Ингредиенты

Пенне	450 Граммов
Сосиски высшего сорта	350 Граммов
Лук репчатый	1 Штука
Грибы шампиньоны	600 Граммов
Руккола молодая или китайская капуста	150 Граммов
Сыр пармезан тертый	0.3 Стакана
Масло оливковое	1 Столовая ложка
Соль	По вкусу
Перец	По вкусу

Как приготовить:

Сварите пасту в кипящей подсоленной воде согласно инструкции, откиньте, верните в кастрюлю. Сохраните 0,25 стакана отвара для соуса.

Сосиски очистите от оболочки, разрежьте на 2–3 кусочка. Шампиньоны вымойте, нашинкуйте тонкими ломтиками. Лук очистите, мелко нарежьте. Рукколу вымойте, обсушите.

Обжарьте сосиски на сковороде с маслом, добавьте нарезанный лук, готовьте 4 минуты.

Выложите к сосискам шампиньоны, брызните немного воды, тушите 8 минут, помешивая.

В кастрюлю с пастой добавьте обжаренные сосиски с шампиньонами, рукколу, сохраненный отвар, посолите, поперчите, аккуратно перемешайте. Подогрейте, 1–2 минуты, на слабом огне.

При подаче посыпьте пасту тертым пармезаном.
